Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible for the data

The ECV service is responsible for data processing. Questions about privacy, correction or deletion can be sent to help@ecv.am.

2. Doctors’ public information

With the doctor’s consent, we may publish their name, photograph, specialties, education, professional activity, workplaces and working hours, contact details, certificates, achievements and professional posts.

A published page is available to everyone without registration. ECV does not publish internal verification records or information that was not provided to the service for publication.

3. Website visitor data

No account or registration is required to view a public page. We do not collect patient medical records, diagnoses, symptoms or appointment information.

To operate and protect the website, the server may technically process an IP address, browser or device type, request time and the page address opened.

4. Purposes of processing

Information is processed only for the following purposes:

• creating and publishing the doctor’s agreed professional page;
• providing NFC, QR, contact saving and communication actions;
• maintaining website security, stability and technical support;
• responding to requests to correct or remove information.

5. Cookies and analytics

ECV does not use advertising cookies, visitor profiling, fingerprinting or marketing analytics on public doctor pages. Essential session cookies are used only within the service’s closed administrative environment.

6. Technical providers

We may use technical providers for hosting, databases, file storage, email and security. They receive only the information needed to provide the relevant service. ECV does not sell data or share it for advertising targeting.

7. Retention

A doctor’s public information is retained while the service is active or until a verified request for correction or deletion. Technical security logs are normally retained for no longer than 30 days, except where an incident investigation or law requires otherwise.

8. Your rights

A doctor or another data subject may request access, correction, updating or deletion, and may withdraw consent to publication by emailing help@ecv.am. We may ask the requester to verify their identity before acting on the request.

9. Security and changes

We use organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration or loss. This policy may be updated when the service or legal requirements change; the date of the current version is always shown on this page.
